Due to the perishable nature of fresh food, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are committed to making it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • damaged

  • incorrect

  • missing from your order

  • significantly below expected quality

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@lanefortyorganics.com.au

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • a clear photo of the product

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • a replacement

  • store credit

  • a refund

Perishable Products

Because our products are fresh and perishable, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for items that have been:

  • improperly stored after delivery

  • left unattended for extended periods after delivery
